You can visit us from Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM). We have easily accessible physiotherapy in Rotterdam, Hillegersberg-Terbregge, and Kralingen.

Effective rehabilitation after your knee prosthesis at Physiotherapy Iburg in Rotterdam

As soon as you are home after your operation, from the hospital or clinic, you can continue your rehabilitation with one of our physiotherapists. The home rehabilitation is mainly aimed at increasing the mobility of the “new” knee and specifically training the relevant musculature.

Continued recovery after your hip surgery

As soon as our physiotherapist deems you capable of further rehabilitation in our practice with extensive exercise options, he will discuss this with you. And a rehabilitation plan will be drawn up in consultation with you, so that in addition to general goals, specific goals can also be determined.

In our practice room we have the option to perform specific measurements. After a certain time, measurements are taken again so that your progress is visible. This includes measuring muscle strength, fitness and stability. After the entire process, you will be able to perform your daily activities independently and pain-free again.
