These regulations are included in our practice folder, which can be viewed upon request. We assume that you comply with the regulations below. These regulations apply as long as you are under physiotherapy treatment. Participation in activities in the practice is at your own risk.
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 9:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday 8am – 4pm
The practice can be reached by telephone and email from Monday to Saturday during opening hours. Would you like to take into account that our physiotherapists may be busy with treatment? Small tip for more detailed questions; try to call around the hour or half hour, or submit a callback request, so that our physiotherapists can call you back at a quiet time.
The practice does not have waiting lists and the guideline is that an appointment will be offered within two working days. At the first appointment, bring a valid ID, your insurance details, and a referral from your doctor (if available). If you are unable to attend, you are requested to cancel the appointment 24 hours before the treatment time. Otherwise the practice is forced to charge for the treatment.
To ensure that treatments and training are as efficient and pleasant as possible, we ask you to do the following:
Because there are always several patients present in the practice at the same time, the practice has set up house rules to prevent accidents, incidents and confusion. With the aim of creating and maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and employees. The rules are shown below:
A number of guidelines have been drawn up for the handling and treatment of the patient and are used by the practice:
You are requested to provide your current insurance details to the physiotherapist. Check the name of the additional policy and how many treatments you will be reimbursed for. The practice is not responsible for your reimbursement for physiotherapy. The practice has agreements with all health insurers. If your health insurer does not reimburse (partially), you can consult our price list on this website via 'rates' and in our waiting room.
Physiotherapy treatments are reimbursed by the supplementary insurance. The number of treatments that are reimbursed depends on the policy conditions. If our practice has an agreement with your health insurer, we will invoice directly. You will then not receive an invoice. You will be charged for treatments that are not eligible for reimbursement from the health insurer, such as uncovered care, sports medical supervision and missed appointments. Payments for these appointments must be made immediately at the practice by PIN transaction. Reimbursement will be made from basic insurance in the following situations:
These payment terms are inextricably linked to the treatment agreement between you as a patient and the physiotherapist. Our practice has entered into contracts with all health insurers, which means that the practice submits the invoices directly to the health insurer and no invoice is sent to the patient. Invoices that are rejected by the insurance company because, for example, the coverage has been exceeded, are submitted to the patient. The patient is responsible for being aware of his/her reimbursement for physiotherapy. Do you have doubts about your compensation? Ask your health insurer or your physiotherapist. Under all circumstances, the patient is responsible for full payment for services provided to the patient or on behalf of the patient.
Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are not canceled or canceled too late will be charged. Payment for physiotherapy services is made within eight days of the invoice date. After this period has expired, default occurs and Fysiotherapie Iburg is free to take collection measures without further notice of default. In addition to the declaration, statutory interest will also be claimed. All costs associated with the collection of invoiced amounts, including extrajudicial costs, will be borne by the patient. If the practice has committed itself to a factoring company for the payment of invoices for services provided by it, the payment terms of that factoring company will prevail.
For the highest quality care, there is collaboration with medical specialists. Physiotherapy Iburg supports the Dutch Cancer Society and supports Pink Ribbon.
