Quality

Physiotherapy Iburg has stood for quality since 1993. Quality in treatment, professionalism and communication. This quality translates into a continuously growing number of customers and high customer satisfaction. All therapists are registered in the CKR (Central Quality Register).

Customer satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Continuous quality research is conducted. This takes the form of (digital) reviews among our customers and ensures that we can guide our policy. And we do that. We want to keep moving, look ahead and respond to the latest developments in the field of physiotherapy.

The physiotherapists who work at the practice are all BIG registered, meet the latest further training requirements and are all included in the CKR quality register.

BIG registered

Only those who have met the legal training requirements can register in the BIG register. The BIG Act (The Individual Health Care Professions Act) regulates, among other things, the authority to practice a profession in individual health care.

KNGF

It KNGF (Royal Dutch Society of Physiotherapy) is the professional organization for physiotherapists. The KNGF aims to create the conditions under which good quality physiotherapeutic care is achieved, which is accessible to the entire Dutch population, with recognition of the professional expertise of the physiotherapist.

Central Quality Register (CKR)

Physiotherapy is only included in the Central Quality Register (CKR). physiotherapists that meet the quality requirements set by the KNGF. The (re)registration requirements have been determined by the Policy Body Central Quality Register (BOCK). One of the requirements is to obtain credits.

If you have a complaint about your treatment or are not satisfied with something, we hope that you will first submit it to your treating physiotherapist.
