Physiotherapy Iburg has a contract with all health insurers. Physiotherapy is reimbursed by the supplementary insurance. The number of treatments to be reimbursed by the insurance depends on your policy conditions.

We have an agreement with almost all health insurers

Physiotherapy is reimbursed by the supplementary insurance. The number of treatments to be reimbursed by the insurance depends on your policy conditions. The insured treatments are declared directly to your health insurer. You will be charged for treatments that are not eligible for reimbursement.

Reimbursement from basic insurance will take place in the following cases: Children up to 18 years old, the first 18 treatments, then from the supplementary insurance. Adults from 18 years & chronic conditions appearing on the “chronic Breast list”: the first 20 treatments from the supplementary insurance, from the 21st treatment from the basic insurance.

Always ask your health insurer prior to your treatment whether physiotherapy treatments are reimbursed.

If you are unable to attend

It is important that you make a treatment appointment at least 24 hours in advance cancels. Another patient can be treated during the treatment time reserved for you. If you have not canceled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the reserved time.

In the event of a planned absence of your physiotherapist (holiday/course), observation will be arranged (in consultation with you). If your physiotherapist is unexpectedly unable to work (for example due to illness), we will try as much as possible to ensure that your treatment can continue.
